Can you ship my order to an address other than the billing address?

Yes we can, however we must be able to verify the shipping address with your credit card issuing bank via on-line. Your must have your alternative Shipping Address on file and accessible with your Credit Card company and their database.

The Credit Card Merchant Accounts for On-Line Ordering are now holding us merchants liable for not shipping to the Credit Card Holders Listed Billing Address. These new regulations & policy's are listed as the "credit card not present" rules.

Since we can not see you, identify or ask for an other id as in a regular store, these new regulations have been set up to reduce the amount of on-line fraud and un-authorized transactions. It has become an easy way for criminals to charge something on-line and have it shipped to another address (wether real or not).

The increase in fraud & unauthorized transactions have raised the bank rates for processing on-line. They also fine us and can revoke our account for shipping to a non-authorized address! There is no insurance available to cover fraud or unauthorized transactions.

How Our On-line system works:

Our system automatically checks your credit card for approval & billing information you submitted during check out. If the Address Verification System "AVS" comes back "BAD", meaning non-matching we can not process or ship the order.

Due to extremely high volume, we will only attempt verification once, in other words, we will try calling our verification source once, and if we receive no verification or non-matching address, the order will be cancelled. We do not and will not call your bank and spend 10 to 30 minutes on hold.

For our protection and yours, we must verify all credit card & address / shipping information before we can ship. THIS IS MERCHANT REGULATION & POLICY.

Shipping Policy to an Address other than your Credit Card Billing Address

In order to reduce Fraud and per the Credit Card Merchant Account Agreement Policy they request we obtain the following information and put it on file:

Please Prepare & Fax the following:

- A Clear Copy of your States Drivers License (no other forms accepted)

- A Clear Copy of the Front & Back of your Credit Card

Please Set your Copy/Fax Machine to "Photo Mode" for copying and for faxing to achieve this.

Card Holders Name & Drivers License must match completely.

Any non-clear copies or hard to read copies will void your order!

Any questionable appearing documents will void the order.

State on the paper your actual billing address and that you are requesting shipping to an alternative address, then Sign the bottom of the papers.

The Banks Require We Do This and Keep it On File!

- No International Credit Cards Accepted

- US Issued Verifiable Credit Card with US Billing Address Only

No Exceptions to this Policy!

Fax your copies to us at 1-617-249-0326

You can then place your order on-line, be sure to put your "Ship to Address" in the "Ship to Box" and put your "Credit Card Billing Address" in the "Billing Address Box".

Remember, this policy is to protect you and us from unauthorized transactions!

Sorry but this can not be done on the phone and there are no exceptions.
