DUE TO LOW, LOW PRICING ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We carry a very large variety of great products.
We search for the latest items & products that you want and purchase
them in large bulk & retail quantities directly. We there by eliminate
the middleman and pass our savings on to our customers! The products
we carry have a very low defect rate. In most alleged cases of
defect they are not defects. The usual problem is the end user
not using them correctly, not reading or following instructions,
or having some hack install the products incorrectly and blaming
the product. The second largest problem is customers not buying
the proper items then claiming them as "defective", when they are
not. The third problem is buying a product and not reading or researching
the product or accessory before purchasing it, then finding out
it is not compatible or to their liking. A lot of items are then
claimed as "defective" for an easy excuse for a refund. These types
of claims are not accepted here, we do not include a product mark
up to include a return department for frivolous claims. Instead
we pass the savings to the customer. Most customers prefer this
and save money! Occasionally there is something that did not work
out or broke easy, but that's the breaks, especially how a lot
of products are made these days especially those cool looking
faceplates, color covers, $2.99 car chargers and all those novelty
items. OK enough said now you have something that's more then $2.99
and it is possibly really defective, we do not manufacturer the
products! Please remember we are only a reseller not the manufacturer.
You have to go through the manufacturer for all warranty & support
of the product. The manufacturer knows best in most cases so we
let them handle all warranty & support on their products. All Defective
products are covered by the manufacturer in most cases, the manufacturer
is the one who to contact. The manufacturer has its own established
policies / warranty of the product or

blow you off and tell you to return it to the reseller, that

APS Cellular, Inc will not accept
unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages returned to us
without our Authorization and a Return Authorization Number
will be refused upon return to our warehouse. If some how it
was left or signed for you still will not be refunded or credited
back in any way. Refused orders / shipments, non-deliverable
for any or no reason by the shipper / carrier will not be refunded,
credited back or other, its your loss. Additional charges may
apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition
in the original, unopened packaging. If you have a problem
with mail or package delivery carrier please take it up with
them not us, they accepted the package to deliver to you! Insured
Packages are the only packages insured! We are not liable for
anyone's neglect, actions or lack off!

Brand Name Products are covered by the manufacturer, you must
contact them for all warranty & support. All sales are
final, no refunds, no exchanges unless listed otherwise. Certain
items may qualify for return with our discretion only. There
is no guarantee your return may be accepted, only certain returns
may be acceptable after you file a RMA request, and get an "Authorized
RMA Number from us". All returns will be subject to actual
examination & testing.

determination will be made by us. Any non-defective product
may be returned to the customer at their expense or discarded
if return shipping is not paid. Any returned package without
an RMA # will
be discarded, refused &/
or voided. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/ handling
costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by most of the
manufacturers and will be honored by the manufacturer only.
All shipping and handling fee's will not be refunded or covered
in any case.
Warranty Forfeiture
• Filing
or making a false, vague, misleading, untruthful claim
• Stop payments, chargebacks, any form of non-payment
• No RMA Authorization for the return.
• Warranty
is not granted if a product is received without original
invoice & our
authorized & signed RMA Form.
• Warranty
is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, tamper or security
labels, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed,
altered or tampered with.
• Warranty is void for abuse, mishandling, improper use, or defacing the
product.
• Warranty is void for physical damage, improper or inadequate packaging
when returned for RMA purposes.
• All items returned for credit must be in "as new" condition.
Any discrepancies or used item will forfeit your refund.
• All returns without RMA number issued will be rejected.
• Items
returned without the complete accessories & original packaging
included will not be processed and will not refunded since the
manufacturer will forfeit the warranty.
• All
items must be returned in new condition with the complete retail
box contents including all accessories.
• Damaged,
abused, misused
or defaced items are
not eligible for warranty.
• Any physical damages made to the item / product/ package or other, the
product being defaced or the item considered "used" are not
refundable.
• All
warranty & returns are only at our discretion only
• No
Actual Original Paid & Shipped Order Receipt from us - Must
be our paid receipt & not a credit card statement or other.
