Locations will require a signature method of shipping. If
you did not select it and/or if we determine it is a PO Box,
Office, Commercial location, or other location that we believe
may be risky we will be adding an additional shipping/ handling
fee manually to
your
order
when it is processed. This is due to the high rate of theft
and for your protection & ours. You can also request "signature
required" or UPS method in the shipping drop down selection
box. All UPS Deliveries are Insured!
All
Orders at or over $39.99 may be automatically be charged & shipped
with a "signature handling or special handling service
required method" at
an additional charge for handling/shipping cost at time
of
actual order
processing.
Any
order "packaged" weight that is 12
ounces is considered 1LB (pound) weight by
the shipping carriers, which will have to add the additional
weight charge charge manually,
when we actually process/ship your order, any additional
ounce over any LB (pound) is considered the
next pound,
there
will
be
an
additional charge to your shipping/ handling fee that will
be charged manually (added to your order) when we actually
weigh & ship
the product at actual order processing time. $2.95 will
be charged for each additional 1 LB. Fortunately this
does not effect most small orders.
Please
note: Any additional shipping charges i.e., extra weight/shipping/handling
fees or other will be recalculated & added
to your order total when we actually process/ship your order
and will not be done at checkout (the Yahoo shopping cart can not
calculate this).
Most retail orders are
under 1 Lbs.
All
USPS Orders will include FREE Delivery
Confirmation Number.
All
UPS & Fed Ex Orders will include FREE Tracking
Numbers.
All
UPS Signature Shipping methods are Insured at No Charge!
All
Commercial Orders, Commercial Address Locations, PO Boxes,
certain other locations, variable address's, other & or
Orders Over $40.00 may Require Signatures. All commercial
locations, PO Boxes, dormitory's, suites, apartment buildings,
etc must request or use signature confirmation. This
is mandatory. If we determine you did not select a signature
method will will add a special handling/processing cost to
you. We want you to get your order!
If
you are having your package delivered to Apartment Building,
Suite or other and want to request a Signature for Delivery,
please type in "Signature Requested" in the Comments
Box or use any one of our signature requested methods, there
is an Additional Handling/Processing/Charge for this and is
highly recommended if you opt for it. This is mandatory for
any commercial address / orders & PO Boxes, & strongly
recommended for apartment Buildings, Suites & other areas
were your package may be vulnerable to loss or theft. We suggest
for guarantee of delivery from the shipper you use a "signature
required" in the shipping drop down box and we will add
extra handling/shipping cost. We are not responsible for packages
or delivery's after they have been shipped, please contact
the shipper (including damaged packages). Additional Charge
Advisory: Address Correction Fee of $5.00 may be applied to
any redirected shipments, wrong, mistyped address,
or
extra characters that can not be validated through the USPS
Post Office (please type
carefully/correctly & spell out names & addresses completely
with no abbreviations or extra characters .- / =, etc, an additional
fee may also apply if the shipper has a problem & charges
us with how you addressed it (typo's, etc.). Cancelled, refused,
un-authorized
returns
will be subject to office fee's, minus shipping, or discarded
with no refund or credit per store policy. We reserve the right
to add signature required, add additional fee's, change shipping
companies, shipping methods, shippers & or prices, due
to certain locations, or any other reason at an additional
cost to your order. This is infrequent but we are advising
you.
You
can
also use UPS, all UPS Deliveries are Insured! We want to be
sure you get your order! Please Address your order
correctly. Redirected orders will be charged an additional
$25.00 fee plus the additional shipment amount to their credit card when or anytime we receive the bill from
the shipper.

Important
Shipping Signature Waiver Option
We give you several
options of a "Signature Required" methods for shipment.
A lot customers have told us that a "Signature Method" of
shipping is very inconvenient because they work or not a home
much. We suggested to them that they have the Post Office "Hold
the Package for Pick Up" at the USPS Post Office so they
could pick it up when it is convenient to do so, or make other
arrangements. We strongly advise a "Signature Required" methods
for shipment per the Credit Card Companies. If you do not opt
for a "Signature Method" of shipping we will Not
Be Liable or Responsible for Delivery in any Circumstance,
You accept full responsibility for shipping without a "Signature
Method" of shipping and will refrain from any charge backs
or non-payment to us for the goods you ordered and have not
received. By selecting a Non-Signature Method of Shipping you
are Waiving your Rights to the Credit Card Company , in other
words you can not can not call or write your credit card company
and dispute payment, stop payment, reverse charges or deny
payment in anyway to us for not getting your order. Please
not we may require a "Signature Method" for shipping
per our policy on certain orders at our discretion that may
incur and additional shipping/handling cost to you. Deliveries
may require signature per your request or ours. Always make
your own preparations to accept delivery. We are not responsible
for the failure of the carrier to demand this.
Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery
by carrier. Shipping & Handling is not refundable or creditable
on all occasions, including; all refused, not home, moved,
address changes, undeliverable shipments, forwarding expired, defects, credits,
exchanges or any other reason. Order / Package
delivery: If you refused,
are not home, moved, address changes, undeliverable shipments,
forwarding expired, defects,
credits,
exchanges or any other reason making your package not deliverable
you will not be refunded or credited back in any way. If
your package is returned to us for any reason it will be discarded
with no refunds or credits. No excuses No exceptions.
Due
to the war and terrorist's threats, their may be delays with
shippers & carriers. We can not guarantee delivery or
time frames. Note: New York Customers, Your Post Office is
always Slow & Please Use a Signature Method.
